• Student names, ages, and relevant medical/allergy information
• Authorized pickup person names and phone numbers
• Photos for identification during check-in and check-out

Your information is used solely for the safe operation of our event, including:

• Student registration and check-in/check-out
• Verifying authorized pickup persons
• Emergency contact in case of need
• Sending you a registration confirmation email

SMS/Text Messaging

We may send you text messages in the following categories:

1. Secure Access Links (User-Initiated)

When you enter your phone number on our secure login or check-in pages, we send a one-time link to verify your device. These messages are sent only when you explicitly request them.

General SMS Terms

• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
• Message frequency varies based on user-initiated requests for access links.
• Messages are sent via toll-free number for GoVBS.org by Bergey Technologies LLC

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

Registration data is retained for the duration of the event season. Photos and personal information may be removed after the event concludes upon request.
